Showplace is committed to providing the best possible service to all of our patrons. We have taken care to provide an accessible facility and services for patrons with disabilities to help ensure an enjoyable theatre experience.

Wheelchair access ramp at our front doors, as well as wheelchair accessible doors.

A wheelchair lift makes the Main Level, Nexicom Studio and Lower Lobby accessible. (Please ask for the House Manager for assistance with the lift.) There is no lift to the balcony seating.

Wheelchair accessible/special access washrooms are located in the Main and Lower Lobbies.

The Main Level is fully accessible with seating for wheelchairs. (Please call the Box Office to inquire about this space.)

All accredited companion animals are welcome. (Please book an aisle seat for yourself when possible to give your companion animal ample space.)
