  • All ticket sales are final and must be paid for in full at time of purchase.
  • Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
  • Sorry, babies in arms will NOT be admitted into the auditorium. Showplace welcomes   children old enough to enjoy our productions, but stresses that tickets must be purchased   for all children.
  • Recording by any means, refreshments and smoking are prohibited.
  • Showplace is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, washrooms, and lounge only -   please indicate your need for wheelchair seating when ordering your tickets.
  • There is no lift to balcony seats.
  • Our fully-licensed Lounge is open to serve you during Intermission for most performances.

Seating:

  • 20 non-fixed movable seats;
  • 5 wheelchair designated areas.

  • Showplace offers a wheelchair access   ramp at our front doors as well as   wheelchair accessible doors.
  • A wheelchair lift for access to three of   four floors at Showplace, no lift to the   balcony seating.
  • A private wheelchair accessible /   Special Needs washroom.
  • A Phonic FM Hearing System.
